Our Mission
Great Lakes IT Services strives to be knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of the
businesses we serve. We aim to provide computer and systems support at the best value
for our customers and will provide service in an ethical and professional manner.
Our Team
Great Lakes IT Services began as a service arm of Great Lake Electronic Distributing
(GLED). GLED was in business for 25 years as a manufacturer of custom computers and
servers. GLED’s systems were utilized by the US armed forces and other government
agencies, software manufacturers and computer resellers. GLED systems can also be
found in hundreds of school systems in more than 25 states.
In 2009 the services part of
our business spun off from our manufacturing arm. Since then we continue to grow as a
successful IT services company in the Buffalo area.
We serve a diverse mix of
businesses: insurance companies, law offices, medical and dental practices, fire
departments, manufacturers, and a host of others. Our employees have a wealth of
experience in the computer industry. We continue to share our knowledge with our
services customers.
Our management staff collectively has over 50 years of experience in the computer
industry. Together, they lead a team of professionals that can handle any computer or
systems issue.
